Anuja Iyer is excited about her role in Vinmeengal, which will be released this weekend.

About her character she says, “I play the role of an author who is documenting the life of the hero who suffers from cerebral palsy, a motor dysfunction connected to the brain.

I pen his life history and achievements despite the physical condition. In the process of interacting with the hero and writing my book, a relationship blossoms between us and whether it succeeds in the end or not — due to the complications arising from such an unusual relationship — forms the rest of the story.

My role in particular depicts a strong, independent woman of today who has a mind of her own and stands by her decisions irrespective of the hurdles and oppositions she faces for unconditionally loving a man with a physically challenging condition.
