Five Star fame Kanika may have had a jinxed career in Tamil cinema. But she is now going strong and steady in Malayalam movies.

She seems to be having a whale of a time and heading in the right direction as far as her selection of projects is concerned in Malayalam industry. Close on the heels of her being cast with Mammootty in Kobra, comes the news that she will be sharing screen space with Mohanlal too.
The film, titled Script, will be directed by Ranjith and bring Mohanlal-Kanika as a romantic pair for the first time.
