Janma Get "Maru janma"

After four years of cold storage ‘Janma’ by producer Anekal Balaraj is back in news and the re-recording for the film was held recently.

Chakravarthy in his debut for the second film of producer Anekal Balaraj son Santosh and Meenakshi in the lead role has some non Kannada artists Thalaivasan Vijay, Sithara, Ponnambala with Kannada artists Buller Prakash, Anuradha and others.

This film by Anekal Balaraj  has an interesting caption – Huttu April 24…Maruhuttu April 12 – both relate to Dr Rajakumar date of birth and date of death. The film
moves from Gajanur to Chennai. Obviously there are some crucial issues handled in this film. The film is also shot at Mount Road, Marina Beach, Nakkikuppam, Pondy Bazar, Anna Nagar and other places. From night 11 pm till early morning 2 am this film was shot at some important places.

In a very bold and dashing role is Sithara. Sithara had not taken up this kind of role so far in her career of long innings. Jagadish wali and Ananth Urs are the cameramen for this film. Anoop Seelin has scored the music, Kaviraj has penned the songs.
