Pawan recently has taken some surprising and hard decisions. He decided to compensate producers if shooting was cancelled due to him and also decided to work from morning to evening 5PM.

Not only that he is trying to influence other heroes, heroines and support cast to follow the same, so that there will be cap on increasing film budgets.
