Vijayamma ready for the challenge

YSR Congress party honorary president YS Vijayalakshmi is preparing herself for the role she needs to play, in case if CBI arrests her Son and party president YS Jaganmohan Reddy in connection with the disproportionate assets case.

"All these years, I have been an housewife. I never dreamt of entering into the political arena. I believe in Jesus Christ and I hope that he (Jagan) willn't be put behind bars. But If it happens otherwise, then I will take the responsibilty of leading the party from the front in the upcoming elections," said Vijayalakshmi.
YS Vijayalakshmi's impressive speech in the recent Assembly session has caught the attention of the people and also been appreciated by her fellow legislators. Her transformation from an orthodox housewife to a politician is a remarkable achievement in the male-dominated politics.
