Post the success of ‘The Dirty Picture’, director Milan Luthria has been flooded with offers from various production houses. But, the director has chosen to keep his commitment with T-Series’s Bhushan Kumar. Luthria will be directing a film under the banner and is expected to rope in A-list actors in both the lead and the negative role.
Milan is riding high on the success of ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’, the music of which was released by T-series. Currently, the director is busy with the sequel to ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’ and will start work on this one only when OUATIM is complete.
Milan has been working on this script for the last three years and buzz has it that music will be of prime importance in the film to take the story forward. The character-driven script is reportedly being penned for a big male actor and the subject of the film is such that the makers feel need to be guarded.
Apart from ‘The Dirty Picture’ and OUATIM, Milan has films like Taxi Number 9211 and Kachche Dhaage to his credit. Buzz is that Milan is expected to work with an actor he’s never worked with before, so that, in a way, indicates that he might be planning to rope in Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan or the Khans – Salman, Aamir and Shah Rukh.
