Vishnuvardhana a remake of Ninne Nedu Repu:Cinejwala:

The Kannada film ‘Vishnuvardhana’ is having major shades of Telugu film of director Lakshmikanth Chenna ‘Ninne Nedu Repu’ that was released on October 9 2008.

The protagonist in the Telugu film is a dejected youth Ravikrishna who is on the verge of ending life finds a mobile phone. He operates this mobile and becomes rich. The dons finds this youth at later part of the film ‘Ninne Nedu Repu’.

Tamanna and Rekha Vedavyas teamed with Ravikrishna, Anil has scored the music. According to sources this Telugu film was inspired from a Malayalam film.
Why Dwarakish of ‘Vishnuvardhana’ kept quiet and did not invite the media after the muhurth is because of this remake issue.

‘Mobile’ is the common factor in both the film and protagonist using it and then caught in problems and ending it with his tricks is the contents of this ‘Vishnuvardhana’ film.

Dwarakish is known as remake ‘Raja’ in Kannada cinema. His last film ‘Aptha Mithra’ was rehashed from Mohan Lal starring ‘Mani Chitrathal’. The Kannada version of this ‘Aptha Mithra’ was made as ‘Chandramukhi’ by director P Vasu starring style king Rajanikanth.
