After megastar Amitabh Bachchan who turned brand ambassador of Gujarat state, it is now superstar Shah Rukh Khan who has accepted West Bengal's state government's proposal to turn brand ambassador of the state. The news was apparently confirmed by West Bengal's state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Sources close to the 46-year-old actor have confirmed the news on the actor's behalf who is currently in Berlin to attend the Berlin Film Festival with his 'Don 2' cast
that comprises actor Priyanka Chopra, filmmaker Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar.
Srk feels privileged to be chosen as the brand ambassador of the state which he lovingly calls his second home. Shah Rukh is currently working on Yash Chopra's forthcoming untitled directorial venture opposite Katrina Kaif.
