Jiiva starrer Rowthiram, which opened to decent collections last week, has been shortened following reviews and word-of-mouth reports that length is a problem. It runs for almost 2.45 minutes.

Directed by Gokul, the movie stars Jiiva and Shriya in lead roles. Produced by R B Choudhary, it features Jiiva in the role of an angry young man.

The shortened version would attract more attention and it would be crisp, says Jiiva.
