Chacolate Girl Katrina Apologetic on Rahul Gandhi Comment

Katrina Kaif recently commented on Rahul Gandhi being a Half-Indian and this statement of her was over blown in the media and taken in a wrong way. The lady recently apologized on the comment but said that nothing had been said in a bad light and the media had overblown the statement.


Katrina had said, “Am I supposed to be ashamed that I am half-Asian, I mean, no! Rahul Gandhi is half-Indian, half-Italian. So? I am very proud of what I am and I just don't understand the confusion? as if I'm trying to hide the fact that my mother's a British. Why would I?”

The actress had even requested the media to not make this a controversy and blow up the issue. Kat also faced sarcasm from the spokesperson of Gandhi’s political party ‘Congress’.
