New Delhi: A moderate earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale jolted Nagaland on Sunday, an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The temblor struck at 9:44 am on Sunday. The epicentre of the quake was located at Phek in Nagaland. Tremors were also felt along Indo-Myanmar border region.
There are no reports of any casualties and damages so far.
