Mamta Mohandas’s Kannada film in K-town

Mamta Mohandas returned to Kollywood by replacing Prachi Desai in the Arun Vijay-starrer Thadayara Thaakka. After garnering good reviews for her spirited performance in the film, Mamta will be seen on Kollywood screens again.

Mamta’s 2008 Kannada film Gooli starring Sudheep has been dubbed in Tamil and will be released as Korukku Pettai Coolie soon.
Mamta’s fresh and glamorous look in the film was the talking point back then. Sudheep plays a hired killer while Kishore plays a police officer in KPC which has been directed by P.N. Sathya.

Mamta is also busy with more than four films in Malayalam and she says talks are on with few big banners in Kollywood. Meanwhile, Sudheep’s Tamil-Telugu film Naan E will hit the screens on July 6.
