Sudhir Kumar Gautam, an ardent fan of Team India especially Sachin Tendulkar, has been disappointed with the way the Manager of Mumbai Indians, Rahul Sanghvi, treated him.
Gautam, who has painted his body with tricolour for nearly 150 matches, was recently beaten up by the Bangalore police during a match.
He approached Sanghvi, requesting him to take action against the guilty police officials. But instead of taking action, Sanghvi insulted him.
Talking to Cinejwala, he said that the attitude of the team manager has been disheartening.
Expressing anger over the incident, he said that he will not support the team in the upcoming IPL matches.
Gautam has attended every international cricket match played in India since 2002. He is a popular fixture at Indian cricket grounds and a darling of the TV cameras.
He used to work in a milk company in Muzaffarpur and later passed an examination to become a teacher. But the Cricketing Instinct In him, made him to quit his job.
