Why Congress Rajya Sabha MP grateful to ChandraBabu?

Chandrababu Naidu unknowingly did a great favour to PCC general secretary Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar, who is the surprise pick for the Congress Rajya Sabha seat.

Few months back, Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar's name was included in the list of eight new Information Commissioners that the state government. However, Ananda Bhaskar's name was later dropped from the list as Opposition Leader Chandrababu raised objection saying - How can the Congress party leader who works in the Gandhi Bhavan become an Information Commissioner? If Mr. Naidu hadn't objected it on that day, Ananda Bhaskar would have become an Information Commissioner and the Congress leadership may not have considered his name for the Rajya Sabha seat.
"More than the Congress leadership, Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar must be grateful to Chandrababu," a Congress leader comments satirically.

Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar is a post graduate in Sociology, a journalist by profession and an intellectual. He is Padmashali (BC) and also hails from the Telangana region which worked in his favour.
