Generally, film directors exploit hot heroines and their seductive curves on-screen to woo beauty loving fans. This time, they are not even leaving students from various top film schools of the city, who are specialized in multitude of things.
After completing their course in Film Schools like Annapurna, Ramanaidu Academy and Ramoji Film Institute, students get groomed for Tollywood and starts hunting for opportunities. It is a common thing in film industry to exploit various talents in the name of giving 'okka' chance.
Unfortunately, some directors who hail from educated backgrounds are also following this exploitation culture. Right from aspiring actress to assistant directors, they are not leaving anyone. A director is heard as saying to an aspiring assistant director, 'You have to work 24x7 for me. No leaves and no late coming. Once I feel like confident about you, i'll pay salary according to industry norms'. In general, film assistants are paid around 5K per month, which is a hundred less than that of an office assistants salary. Even if these 'software' directors are using this 'raw' principle to exploit young talents, when will we develop something like 'Hollywood', say critics.
