Ayushmann Khurrana is a game for social causes

Ayushmann Khurrana admits that he likes to lend support to social causes and with his upcoming film ‘Vicky Donor’ that puts light on the issue of sperm donation he has taken special care to promote the social activity that has been of great use but rarely a talked about topic in India.

Through his upcoming film, Ayushmann aims to make Indian public aware that there is no harm in sperm donation. The 27-year-old admits ‘Sperm donation is a social cause as it does not saves some
one’s life, in fact it gives some one a life. I am truly in support of this cause as will openly talk about it, since in India nobody ever discusses about a touchy issue like this. Our film ‘Vicky Donor’ is based on this concept but it has more of an entertainment element in it as the makers have presented it very light-heartedly’.

In the film Ayushmann essays the protagonist role of ‘Vicky’ who is a college guy but later gets into the profession of sperm donation.
