The 26 long years of stress in life that of course not affected his film career as an actor Srinivasamurthy is proud for one major development in his life.

The producer of ‘Bala Nauke’ Muralikrishna KR Kannada film in 1986 filed a forgery case on actor Srinivasamurthy JK.

The High Court of Karnataka a few months back dismissed the order of lower courts related to the case. The case was moved to Supreme Court of India.

On hearing the case on 4th February 2012 Justice Altamas Kabir and Justice Surinder Singh Nijjar have said ‘We are not inclined to entertain the special leave petition, which is accordingly dismissed.

The High Court of Karnataka prior to this SC order has said the revision petition is allowed and judgments of the courts below are set aside. Petitions are acquitted of all the offences, which with they stood charged. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Fine amount if any deposited by them shall be refunded.

Whether he is contemplating on going in for defamation on Muralikrishna? I have not thought about it. He has become lawyer only because of me. Had anyone like me in this situation the life would have ended long ago stated Srinivasamurthy in a mindset of dejection.
