Time will tell everything! This is the time that answers all detractors of ‘Ko Ko Koli Kothi’. The answers come for this at the 35th day from ‘Ko Ko Koli Kothi’ debutant producers Bharani Minerals.
‘Ko Ko Koli Kothi’ staying strong in nearly 50 theatres in the fifth week defeating other competitors like ‘Sidlingu’ (running in five theatres) and the recent Upendra and P Vasu combination considered as major threat has not been able to put down the number of theatres for ‘Ko Ko…Koli Kothi’. ‘Arakshaka’ from 80 theatres is now is in one Bengaluru theatres and other four theatres all over Karnataka. ‘Arakshaka’ is said to be the biggest flop for producer Krishna Prajwal. The Upendra and P Vasu mania did not create magic in the box office is a truth.
Why ‘Arakshaka’ even Darshan starring ‘Chingari’ released in 180 theatres could not snatch ‘Ko Ko Koli Kothi’ theatres. Releasing in 78 theatres in the first week and getting 50 theatres in tact all over Karnataka shows the strength of Bharani Minerals first venture.
Some of the comments that came it is self projecting has been disproved. Bharani Minerals believed only on quality and good entertainment to Kannada audience. The stay in the theatres is a classic example for all biters of ‘Ko Ko Koli Kothi’. All those who made wrong inferences can they take back their words….
However the film ‘Ko Ko Koli Kothi’ stayed because of its substance, good cast, good making, good direction and lovely cinematography and music. It is heading for 50 days all over Karnataka.
The good reports for ‘Ko Ko Koli Kothi’ is a major boon for Bharani Minerals in release of ‘Lakshmi’ a high class technical film with century star Shivarajkumar and Priyamani being the main trump card.
