Filmmaker Karan Johar's production venture 'Agneepath' was termed as the first blockbuster hit of 2012. The film garnered positive response among audiences and raked in great box-office collections. Well, now the filmmaker has got another reason to celebrate as his second production venture of this year 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' has earned great reviews and apparently managed to earn Rs.21 crore within two days of its release. Earlier, reports suggested that the filmmaker had already recovered his filmmaking expenditures before the film's release through marketing, publicity and by selling satellite rights.
The film which was made catering to youngsters as a Valentine release has got thumbs up from the audience. The fresh and unusual pairing of actors Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan has been accepted by the audience. Trade analysts reveal that the opening collection itself was 5.5 crore.
