All of a sudden political parties in the T-area started pouring heaps of affection on the Communist Party cadres. To ensure their support for the coming bye-election, the Telugudesam and TRS are trying to woo them.
The CPM has already declared that they are going to field their own candidates in four constituencies. Now, in the scheduled party meet today, they are going to take a decision about the tie-up with other parties for the remaining three places. The TDP big-wigs already started their lobbying with the CPM Secretary BV Raghuvulu who promised to consider the TDP plea for support in rest of the places. On the other hand, KCR met CPI secretary Narayana for the support of left parties. ‘We will take a decision about this support in today’s meeting and we will consider KCR’s plea’, Narayana stated. More than TDP, TRS is worried about the outcome of the meeting as the party fears to score a win in the by-polls. A party that is purely intended for the cause of Telangana running for others’ support shows that the people lost faith in it, a Telugdesam leader quipped
