Vishnu's Neer Paravaigal starts at Kanyakumari:Cinejwala:

Director Seenu Ramasamy, who directed the critically acclaimed film Thenmerku Paruvakaatru, is ready with his next.

Titled Neerparavaigal, the film will narrate the story of a village fisherman. Vishnu will play the main lead and noted writer Jayamohan will open the dialogues.

The film will be produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin. Bindhu Madhavi who acted in
Veppam and currently awaits the release of Kazhugu plays the female lead. A major portion of the movie would be shotin waters of Kanyakumari.
