The doyen singer of our nation Dr SP Balasubramaniam a few months ago in a television felicitation program took the slippers of K Vishwanath on his head and showed his exemplary humble nature that stunned everyone. Dr SPB meant that K Vishwanath is above his head. That was the respect he extended. In that felicitation program K Vishwanath left his slippers at one side of the stage and came to felicitation. Dr SPB noticed it and kept the slippers of KVsir on his head.

A few days ago Dr SPB at ‘Edhe Thumbi Haduvene’ television program in ETV Kannada hearing to the trained students of Hindustani
singer Fayaz Khan was stunned. 12 female singers in teens rendered the devotional songs in a superb style stunned Dr SPB, Hamsalekha renowned music director and lyricist Jayanth Kaikini.

After the program was over Dr SPB came down from the dais and he attempted to touch the feet of composer and singer Fayaz Khan. It was time for Fayaz Khan to run away from the spot because he felt Dr SPB is much greater than his service and ‘Taalim’ in the field of music.
