Company Movie Review – Veeru K Company Movie Review, Rating, Telugu film: Aaro Pranam fame Veeru K has been doing his best to pull off yet another decent film since his debut, but failed miserably till date. Finally he decided to fall back on excessive sex appeal to fetch quick bucks. He roped in a vamp actress named Swathi Varma and made Company with a ‘real’ story. Here is the review…
Story:
Maddeladaruvu Suri kills a politician named Nandyala Srinu and gets caught by the police after he was paid 500 crores for his job. Suri starts doing business from the prison itself and he takes the help of a film producer Chiyyan to make the 500 crores black money into white. Chiyyan makes a couple of films with director Ram Bhupal Sharma which ends up as flops. Meanwhile a series of murders takes place and we come to know that it is all being done by Priya. Why is she killing everyone is the main point in this story.
Analysis:
If you have read the story, you should have known what Veeru K wants to cash on. This is another angle to the already seen Rakta Charitra. Only thing is Ram Gopal Varma knows to make a film and Veeru K is not even good at making fun of him.
Company is an outright bad film with horrendous writing. The film tortures you right from the word go till the end. One should have guts to sit through the movie which doesn’t even have the basics of a film.
Sizzling posters of Swathi Varma did grab few eyeballs and people landed in theaters expecting a masala fare. But what they get in turn is endless torture and unbearable headache. Company is one of the worst films which doesn’t even classify as a feature film.
Performances:
None of the actors are good. Except for posing to the cameras in revealing costumes, Swathi Varma knows nothing about acting. Everyone goes overboard as the director couldn’t explain or extract what is needed from them.
Technicalities:
Nothing is mentionable. Everything in this movie pains you including the music, camera and editing.
Final Word:
This Company will be closed within no time. Don’t expect some sleazy show looking at the posters. All you get is two hours of endless pain and torture.
