Victory Venkatesh, who hasn’t had a single release in 2011, is coming up with Bodyguard, which is set for Pongal release. This is a remake of Malayalam hit with the same name. Venkatesh plays the role of a Bodyguard in this action comedy.

Bodyguard movie was made in five languages till now and as per producer of Venkatesh’s Bodyguard this is the best one. He says that there is an extra dose of action and comedy in this film. He added that this character is tailor made for Venkatesh.



Venkatesh character does everything in this movie. There are so many fights, ample comedy, romance and also a hint of sentiment. Bodyguard is a mix of all the emotions and that is the reason why it clicked in all the languages it was made. Going by the track record, Bodyguard should strike the right chords with Telugu audience too.
