Dr Vishnu film Festival for 30th December:Cinejwala:

The first year death anniversary film festival was held in Garuda Mall and at Kapali theatre on KG Road. This year for 30th of December – the day the icon Dr Vishnu breathed his last in 2009 will be having several activities.

The Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy has come to help. Through ‘Belli Mandala’ that is spread in all the districts on 30th of December, 30 popular films of Dr Vishnuvardhana will be screened .One film in one district in one theatre is the plan for this year. The Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy ‘Belli Mandala’ team is coming to the help of conducting the one day festival.

At Abhiman Studio on the death anniversary different health checkups are taking place. Blood pressure, sugar, dental, artificial limb, polio, women related diseases, eye, blood camp is conducted by Ramaiah hospital Dr Solanki, Raja rajeswari dental college, BGS global, Sapthagiri hospital, Karnataka Red cross are joining hands this year.

Rotarian BL Nagendra Prasad, Shivaramanna, TS Nagabharana, Anirudh, Vijakumar were present at the media address.

Computers will be distributed to poor and needy on this occasion.
