Madhur Bhandarkar ‘Heroine’ Star Cast:Cinejwala:

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor who bagged a hit with her recent release Ra.One is going to act in a film titled Heroine. The film is being directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. The film will have its regular shoot from November 25 onwards. Madhur has actually roped in Aishwarya Rai as the leading lady but the actress opted out of project following her pregnancy. As a result, the film’s shooting was halted for 7 months and will resume on November 25.

If rumors are to be believed, the film was based on the life story of Marilyn Monroe and Madhubala’s life stories. However, director Madhur has denied the rumors and told that the film is based on the contemporary issue in film industry.

Kareena hasn’t signed any other film as she knew that this film requires her bulk call sheets. The actress is also aiming for National Award with this film. Arjun Rampal, Shahana Goswami and Arunoday Singh are the other star cast. Salim-Sulaiman are providing soundtrack of the movie.
