SRK may replace Salman in Bajirao Mastani :CineJwala:

After the success of the film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’, Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali dreamt of making yet another epic love story in the name of ‘Bajirao Mastani’ with his ‘HDDCS’ lead pair Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai in lead. However after the ugly break up between the couple, the dreams of SLB got shelved as he wanted only Salman and Ash to lead the film. After the possibility of Salman and Aishwarya sharing the same screen were doomed, he tried to revive the project with Salman and Kareena Kapoor in lead. However that too couldn’t work out as Salman paid no heed to SLB. Recently after Salman Khan passed out nasty comments on Sanjay’s last film ‘Guzaarish’, the rift deepened and it has taken such an ugly turn that the filmmaker is now all set to replace Salman Khan with his arch rival Shah Rukh Khan.

It is said that on a friends’ suggestion SLB has now approached SRK to star in his dream project ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and the decision on it might be announced soon. The film is based on the love saga of the renowned Maratha General Peshwa Bajirao and his half-Muslim second wife Mastani.
