Ra.One Sets New Record On Day 1 :CineJwala:

Bollywood Baadhshah Shahrukh Khan’s latest offering Ra.One lives up to the expectations. The film opened to earth shattering openings on Day 1 and it is learnt that the movie is set to create box-office honors. According to a popular trade analyst, the Hindi version of Ra.One has collected Rs 20 crore and if we take the collections of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu the collection goes up to Rs 22 crore, which is the new record for any Bollywood film so far. That means Ra.One has broken the existing record of Salman Khan’s Bodyguard which made Rs 21 crore on its opening day.

The trade pundits are also predicting that Ra One will break Salman Khan’s 5 days record with a huge margin. Ra.One has released in 3,200 screens across India. The budget of the movie is Rs 145 crore. There is huge demand for the film’s tickets and the serpentine queues only indicate that Shahrukh has yet another winner in the form of Ra One, claims a exhibitor from UP.
