Ranbir waiting to get ‘Krishna Raj’ a new look :CineJwala:

Since last few months the talks of the Kapoor mansion ‘Krishna Raj’s renovation has been making headlines citing the fact that Bollywood’s current heart throb Ranbir Kapoor along with his parents Rishi and Neetu Kapoor resides there. The famous landmark at Pali Hill in Mumbai was to be renovated and Ranbir was quite excited for that development at his place. However despite of the plan being ready for the renovation, it hasn’t seen the light of the day as the civic governing body hasn’t given them the required permission.

The Bombay Municipal Corporations (BMC) is yet to clear some paperwork which has proved as a major hassle in the developmental plans for Ranbir’s dream pad. Ranbir has some great plans for his home as he wants to have a 70-seater mini theatre, a post production studio and a huge swimming pool in it.

However Ranbir said that he got a bit too greedy and eager to materialize his dream design and was quite impatient to get the required permissions. Ranbir has now revealed that they are patiently waiting for the paper work to complete as only then will they start the work.
