Kareena wax statue unveiled :CineJwala:

As per the earlier announcement, Kareena Kapoor’s much talked about wax statue was unveiled on October 27 amidst much media glare. Finally the suspense on her look was made public with her unveiled statue. Kareena’s illustrious svelte look in the famous track ‘Mauja Hi Mauja’ from her blockbuster film ‘Jab we Met’ was the chosen one for her immortalization as a statue in Madame Tussauds wax museum, London. Kareena was accompanied by her mother Babita as neither her beau Saif Ali Khan nor her sister Karisma Kapoor was able to make it to the event. Kareena is the second Bollywood actress after Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to be bestowed with the coveted honor. She stated that at personal level it her proudest moment and she was happy that she could be yet another honor for her country.

Kareena shares the space with other Indian stars like Shahrukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, and Sachin Tendulkar. The launch of her statue also embarked the exhibition of a special Bollywood room which has been created within Madame Tussauds Blackpool.
