Kareena in For Aishwarya’s "Heroine"

Madhur Bhandarkar’s dream project Heroine had hit a roadblock with Aishwarya Rai’s pregnancy. As Ash walked out of the film, Madhur and UTV have put the project on the backburner. However media reports claim that they are looking for a better replacement to revive the film.

The latest we hear is that Kareena Kapoor, the original choice for Heroine is being contacted by Madhur Bhandarkar. Earlier there were reports that he thought of signing in Priyanka Chopra, who did a great job in the director’s Fashion movie. But both parties denied that.


However, Madhur denied that he has freshly contacted Kareena Kapoor for Heroine. He said that there are no immediate plans to revive this movie.
