Looks like Ajay Devgan is on a spree to remake south Indian movies. Ready with Singham, the Bollywood version of a Suriya-starrer of the same title, the actor has now decided to remake Maryada Ramanna in Hindi.
According to sources, Ajay will start shooting for Maryada Ramanna Hindi remake soon and he is planning to rope in Tamanna as heroine. 'An official announcement will be made soon,' sources say.
Remember, Tamannaah, who was raised and educated in Mumbai, started her acting career with the Hindi film ‘Chand Sa Roshan Chehra’. However she failed to make any big impact in Bollywood, but became a top actress in Telugu and Tamil.
Maryada Ramanna, directed by S S Rajamouli, had Sunil in the lead role. It is a comedy caper, which is about an innocent youth, who lands himself in trouble during his visit to sell off his ancestral property in Rayalaseema.
