Actress Malashri in "SHAKTHI"

With ‘Veera’ pending for release the yesteryears heart throb and current action heroine Malasri (original name Durgi) has decided to take on ‘Shakthi’ another power packed film.

Ramu Enterprises 32nd film ‘Shakthi’ held a simple muhurut before Ashada and from 18th of this month it is going on the floors.  This is the 8th film starring Malashri in her husband Ramu banner. She protests against corruption in this film. Anil who entered the cinema industry as dialogue writer is turning director of the film. Anil has also penned the screenplay and dialogues.

The 70 days schedule will be shot in Mysore and Bangalore. Thriller Manju, Ravi Verma, Ram Lakshman, Palani Raj are the action directors.


With Malashri in the lead, Ravishanker, Sayyaji Rao Shindhe, Vinayaprasad, Ashalatha, Avinash, Sharat Lohitashva, Sadhu Kokila, Pratap are in the cast.
