Gone are the days when Ram Gopal Varma is seen as a filmmaker. Today he is considered a brand and irrespective of his graph at the box office, the enthusiasm and excitement to know and understand him has not withered. That is one reason why he still commands a major fan base across many people.
Now, a book is getting ready to hit the stands and buzz is that this is no ordinary story. Titled aptly as 'Vodka With Varma', the book revolves around Ramu not as the world sees him but his true and real self. This is written by Sirasri, a film lyricist turned film critic. Well Sirasri used to blast RGV's films in his reviews but later dramatically became a lyricist for his films Dongalamuta and Bezawada.
Unlike the regular books, this is slated to be a total inside picture of Ramu's life, his controversies, linkups and the alleged linkups. Sirasri could not be reached to get his word. Already, few media sources reveal that there will be enough shocks for the readers.
Sirasri to his close circles saying that RGV may stop talking to him once the book releases.
'Vodka With Varma' is targeted for a release in August and it is coming both in English and Telugu. For the first time, a film book is coming in two languages written by the same person.
