After meeting AICC chief Sonia Gandhi and discussing about the party affairs for half-an-hour in New Delhi, Rajya Sabha member Chiranjeevi clarified that he is a loyal party worker and hasn't been aspiring to become Union Minister or Chief Minister. "It's upto the High Command to decide my role. I have No Desire, No Goals, No Conditions. I'm ready to do anything for the party," he asserted.
When the media quizzed him to respond on Congress MLA Jogi Ramesh's statement that Chiru is the CM candidate of party in 2014 polls, the actor-turned-politician said that he would take it as a compliment but will not take the content in his comments seriously.
Chiru submitted a 11-page report to Sonia Gandhi explaining the reasons for the party's by-poll debacle. He opined that sentiment played a key role in deciding the winning horses in by-polls. He also reported to Sonia that there is no proper co-ordination between the Congress and PRP cadres in the state.
