KVP's Kin threatened CBI JD - Online News

In his complaint with Central Crime Station, CBI JD Lakshminarayana accused that a close relative of former Rajya Sabha member KVP Ramachandra Rao, Raghu Ramakrishna Raju (KVP Son's married Mr. Raju's Daughter), has threatened him with dire consequences while he was investigating Jagan's illegal assets case, Obulapuram Mining scam, Emaar cases.

Apparently, Raghu Ramakrishna Raju has filed a petition against CBI in January this year accusing the agency of harassing him. He recently approached a private detective agency to obtain JD Lakshminarayana's call list data. 
The way in which the detective agency has obtained the call list of CBI JD has become a big talk in the polltical circles. Firstly, the Detective Agency lodged a police complaint with Nanded SP that they have been receiving threat calls from Lakshminarayana's number. Without enquiring about the details of the number, the Nanded SP had asked BSNL to provide the call list of the number.

JD Lakshminarayana has found fault with BSNL for not following protocol, which resulted in the call list leakage. Cases were registered against the accused under sections 120B, 166, 499, 500 and 509 of the IPC; 66 and 72 of the IT Act and the Official Secrets Act and 24, 25, 29 of the Indian Telegraph Act.
