CBI: Chandra Babu Naidu Is Shareholder In YS Jagan's Case

This might sound as a political accusation, but it is not. None other than the CBI has stated in its 3rd charge sheet about Naidu's involvement in Jagan's Scam.

According to CBI, Ramky Pharma is the key company that routed money to Jagan's companies in the whole quid pro quo process. But, while coming to giving permission to Ramky for this hyped pharma-city construction, Naidu government has played a key role. Though Ramky's bid was initially rejected by the government, the cabinet sub-committee appointed by the then CM Chandrababu has made some changes in project structure to facilitate this builder. Even, our TDP chief has nodded for this by signing a note that gives a go
ahead for this developer. It is after signing this file, Naidu has dissolved the then TDP government to go for elections that he lost badly.

After this, Ramky has got into agreements with APIIC and many other promoters joined the board fetching YS Jagan. This way, Naidu holds his share in the initiation process. Law experts say that TDP chief will also get questioned by CBI for approving Ramky as developer of Pharma city.
