I will not remake Baasha - Prabhu Deva

Director Prabhu Deva seems surprised with the rumors doing the rounds about his next. Rumor mills worked overtime that Prabhu Deva will be remaking cult Tamil blockbuster 'Baasha' of Superstar Rajinikanth in Hindi with Ajay Devgn in the lead role.
Prabhu Deva ; " I don't know from where such rumours crop up. Rajini sir's Baasha is a classic; it cannot be remade into Hindi. I'm doing a film with Ajay Devgn later in the year, and it is a different subject."

Meanwhile Prabhu Deva is gearing up to release his Rowdy Rathore on June 1st that casts Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles.
The film is a remake of 'Siruthai' which by itself is a remake of Telugu blockbuster 'Vikramarkudu'.

Prabhu is also kicked up that he will be choreographing and performing at the Indian International Film Academy (IIFA) Awards to be held from June 7 in Singapore.
