We are family, not function addicts - Akshay

Recent media reports claiming trouble in paradise of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna has left Akshay miffed. However, the 'Housefull' actor maintains to take the rumors lightly and admits to be unfazed with the split-up rumors created by media. Lately, Akshay and Twinkle made solo appearances in several events.
Akshay in his recent media interaction clarified saying 'If we are not attending events together, that does not mean that we are heading to splits Ville. We are family, not function attending addicts'. Akshay later added that he is busy shooting his films, so sometimes it happens when the couple cannot attend a same event together.

Akshay also added that he and his wife are not bothered by such media reports and laughs on such gossips about them.
