The most sensuous and extremely talented actress Vidya Balan has luckily escaped from getting injured while shooting for her upcoming film 'Kahaani'. And the person who saved her from falling onto the railway track is the film's director Sujoy Ghosh.
The incident happened during the shoot of the film at Kolkata Metro Station. Just when the time everyone felt like everything has fallen in place and the shoot is going as per the plan, this incident came as a shocker to the unit members. The unit is canning a scene on Vidya
Balan, where she will have to run backwards on the platform.
Notably, Vidya is one actress who doesn't care about anything when she was facing the camera. While giving her shot, Vidya slipped and was about to fall onto the railway track. As the director behind the camera watching the proceedings, he was quick to react and saved the actress from falling on tracks. "Vidya may have suffered serious injuries, if no one had come to her rescue. In worst case, she might have lost her life. By the god's grace everything went fine," said a unit member.
Vidya Balan, who was at her raunchiest best in her previous film 'The Dirty Picture', is playing the role of a six-month pregnant woman in search of her missing husband in Kahaani.
