The nexus between big league actors and politicians has always been a point of discussion among many. While most of the times, the motive is meant to be political or commercial, here is a deal which seems to have happened between a chief minister and a big hero but with a noble intent.
We are talking about the duo of Narendra Modi, chief minister of Gujarat and the living legend Amitabh Bachchan. Sources say Big B was given a whopping Rs 10 crores by Modi for the superstar's role as the brand ambassador for tourism of Gujarat. Big B from his end has been doing an excellent job.
Reports from Gujarat reveal that the response to government tourism site and enquiries has increased after Big B took over. This has actually prompted a discussion among AP bureaucrat circles as to why Kiran Kumar is not doing anything to boost the tourism sector of the state.
