Sabita Indra Reddy's Son role in land dispute case

In the wake of allegations against her Son about the involvement in a land dispute case, Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy has ordered an inquiry into the case.

Moinuddin, a realtor, has filed a complaint against his rivals alleging that they have demolished his building at Miyapur on Monday. "About 25 people gathered at the land area and demolished a building using an earth mover," said Moinuddin, in his complaint.

Earlier, Both the parties have approached the high court 1.08 acre land and the bench has directed them wait for its order.

Knowing this, the media houses have reported that Home Minister's Son Karthik Reddy has involved in the demolition of the building. As the allegations were made against her son, Home Minister has directed the Cyberabad commissioner to conduct an inquiry and punish the guilty.

Cases were registered under sections 427 (Mischief and causing damage to a property), 188 (Disobedience to an order lawfully promulgated by a public servant) and 447 (Criminal trespass) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
