Filmmaker Abbas Tyrewala has approached current hot favorite B-town actor Imran Khan for the sequel of their 2008 blockbuster hit 'Jaane Tu Ya Jane Na'. Apparently, Imran has given a nod to the upcoming project. Abbas is now initiating talks with Bollywood actor Aamir Khan who had co- produced the Imran Khan and Genelia D'Souza starrer film along with Mansoor Khan.
Meanwhile, Tyrewala has asserted that he will not cast any new faces rather he will stick to his earlier star cast of Imran Khan, Genelia D'Souza, Ratna Pathak, Manjari Phadnis, Ayaz Khan and Prateik Babbar. Other actors have not confirmed their roles in the forthcoming flick. Tyrewala's last film 'Jhootha Hi Sahi' was a complete debacle at the box-office and the director is now trying his luck yet again with JTYJN sequel.
