Deepika Padukone finalised for Kochadaiyaan ! :Cinejwala:

Sources confirms that Deepika Padukone who was supposed to play the female lead in Rana was roped into Kochadaiyaan as it will be the prequel to Rana.

Just within two days of the film's First Look release with the Stunning pose of Superstar Rajinikanth, the film became the talk of the town.

Now it will get hotter it seems, earlier it was reported that Katrina Kaif was said to play the lead role but it seems that things have changed.

Soundarya R Ashwin who is keen on roping in the right choices has approached Deepika once again, when the actress who learnt that Kochadaiyaan is a prequel to Rana, immediately accepted the offer.

Already the league is bigger with Sarathkumar, Jackie Shroff, Aadhi, Naseer, Sneha doing important roles not adding Deepika Padukone the same excitement that resulted in Rana will return back adds Kollywood.

Kochadaiyaan has music composed by AR Rahman and supervised by KS Ravikumar who also pens the story, screenplay and dialogues.
