ARR completed 2 songs for Mani Ratnam’s Kadal :Cinejwala:

Mani Ratnam’s Kadal is taking shape in fast pace. A.R.Rahman has completed the composition of two songs, which are taken from Vairamuthu Kavidhaigal, book written by lyricist Vairamuthu.

Vairamuthu has not penned any lyrics for recent films being busy with personal works. The lyricist feeling happy as Mani Ratnam has chosen his poems for Kadal
and are beautifully tuned by Rahman said, “I have recently heard them, they are stunning. One of them would be a chartbuster and will occupy place in top 10 list.”

When asked about his come back lyricist said, “In last five years both of my sons got married and I have built a house. I’m back now will start scripting lyrics.” Mani Ratnam’s bilingual film Kadal has debutant Gautham and Samantha in the leads, which will hit the floors soon.
