Farhan feels lucky to play Milkha Singh:Cinejwala:

Filmmaker turned actor Farhan Akhtar is much excited to play the role of India’s one of the greatest athlete Milkha Singh in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s next project, ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’. Apparently, Farhan is playing the lead role in the film and the film’s story revolves around him. The film gives a brief introduction of legendary player’s Milkha Singh’s sports career.


Actor-filmmaker is now prepping up to fit into the shoes of sports icon. Farhan is looking forward to meet the sportsperson Milkha. The ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ filmmaker has also started working out and running in order to put his best foot forward for the role. Farhan’s last year release ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ and his directorial venture, ‘Don 2’ was great box-office success.
