Ezhil who has made hit films with the likes of Vijay, Ajith, Jayam Ravi is back to film making after a long hiatus.
Titled Manam Kothi Paravai, it is a romantic comedy and Ezhil has roped in popular VJ Siva Karthikeyan as the lead protagonist. Athmiya who was selected from among 300 girls who had turned up for audition is the heroine of the film.
Talking about the film Ezhil says, 'All my earlier films were city- based. For the first time, my story has a village backdrop. The movie is extensively shot in my native place in Thanjavur district.'Imman composes the tracks.
