There’s some good news for the ‘Munna Bhai series’ fans as the makers have decided to revive the franchise with a brand new sequel to the loved series. Filmmaker-Producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra has decided that they are ready to take the film on floors in the year 2012.
However the third installment of the film will not be the stalled ‘Munnabhai Chale Amrika’ but the sequel has been named as ‘Munnabhai ki Aatma Katha’. The producer even shunned the rumor of replacing the leading duo of the film.
It was earlier reported that Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi will be replaced by Aamir Khan and Sharman Joshi. Vidhu Viond Chopra confirmed that the loved Jodi of Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi will resume their respective roles in the third installment of the series as well. They are currently working on the script and will take the film on floors in early 2012.
