Music composer D Imman is a busy man. But still when he was approached to work in a project that speaks about the struggles of Tamils, he readily agreed without demanding any hefty fee.

He has scored music for Uchithanai Mukarnthal that speaks about the travails of Lankan Tamils. Directed by Pughazhendhi Thangaraj, the movie stars Sathyaraj, Nasser, Seeman and Sangeetha in the lead roles.




Speaking to media persons, Imman said, ' I am not always behind commercial cinema,. I was moved to hear the problems faced by Tamils in Sri Lanka. I chose to do the movie immediately when the director approached me'.
