Cameraman P S Loknath passed away:Cinejwala:

Popular cinematographer P S Loknath (70) who worked as cinematographer in over 80 films in various Indian languages passed away this morning. He was suffering from cancer.

Loknath had worked with veteran filmmaker K Balachander in over 52 films. Some of his popular films include Moondru Mudichu, Aboorva Ragangal, Arangetram, Aval Oru Thodargathai, Agni Sakthchi, Achamillai Achamillai and Maro Charithra.

In hid condolence, Kamal Haasan, said, 'I have lost one of my guru. We worked together in 35 films. He was a thorough and a dedicated professional. He would render quality product with whatever material available to him'.
